Brian received his real estate license in October, 2003 and, after 20 years as an executive recruiter for his own information technology search firm, he opened up NC Coastal Living with his wife Pam, who is also a Realtor. He immediately recognized the similarities between recruiting and real estate and this paved the way for a seamless transition and allowed him to continue his success selling real estate. Both Brian and Pam are recognized leaders in real estate sales in planned communities along the Route 211 corridor of Brunswick County such as St James Plantation, Arbor Creek, River Sea Plantation, Winding River Plantation and others. They are also extensively involved in the Southport and Oak Island real estate market. Based on their success, they were recruited by a major local developer to help develop their resales division. Brian also spent two years with a large corporate real estate firm further developing his knowledge of the real estate industry.
Along the way, Brian has always found time to give back to the community, be it the Athletic Director at the local parochial school, coaching in local and regional soccer programs or, after moving to the coast of North Carolina, serving as a volunteer firefighter, state certified EMT and Assistant Chief for our local fire department, Station 37/47. Others have said, "We know the community better than anyone else", but Brian probably knows it better than anyone else, whether it's 3PM.... or 3AM when the tones go off!
